A panel of faculty who participate in various levels and types of research project, and have taken different paths in their career journey will discuss how they were able to start with small feasible projects and build upon them, how they found mentors, what skills they needed to acquire along the way, and how they were able to integrate this into their other responsibilities. They will discuss the rewards of participating in research and why adding in research may be an antidote to burnout.
