In this insightful session, we aim to present the most recent research findings concerning critical safety aspects encompassing hematology precautions, bone metastases rehabilitation, falls, and transition of care safety concerns. As the volume of literature on these subjects grows, it's imperative to utilize the most up-to-date information. Since patients with cancer have unique, dynamic, and multifaceted challenges while undergoing rehabilitation, it necessitates continual and intricate evaluations. Understanding and implementing safety measures throughout the rehabilitation journey can mitigate complications, decrease unnecessary healthcare expenses, and promote physical activities safely to improve patient’s quality of life.
