Have you ever gotten feedback from your attending and wondered what to do next? Maybe you agreed with their feedback but weren’t sure how to improve on the area they identified. Maybe you disagreed with their feedback and wondered if you could just ignore it. Maybe you were told to “read more” and had no idea where to start. This session will cover a method for processing feedback, developing a response, and conversation tips for clarifying vague or unhelpful feedback. There will be opportunities to role play and practice your new skills during the session.
