We will review the opportunities and challenges associated with providing long-term spasticity management to uninsured and underinsured patients in a large, urban, academic hospital. The challenges discussed will include the lack of resources, limited translation services, lack of transportation and many others. We will present the solutions we utilize to address these healthcare delivery challenges allowing us to provide long term spasticity management using multiple treatment modalities.
