Physiatrists across the continuum of care often complete peer-to-peer discussions with insurance companies on behalf of patients. Navigating peer-to-peer discussions can be challenging and frustrating. Adequate and strategic preparation prior to the peer-to-peer can lead to success. This session will highlight methods to aid in successful peer-to-peer conversations.
