This will be a 60 minute interactive session with the goal to focus on health care disparities for people with disabilities (PWD), the bias towards PWD within medicine, the barriers that exist for PWD to attend medical school, and discuss and define Disability Equity and Inclusion initiatives that may be useful to advocate for PWD. There will be brief didactic sessions mixed in with small group discussion and brainstorming.
