Taarika Ashcroft, PT, DPT is a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the MGH Institute of Health Professions and a Board Certified Specialist in Neurologic Physical Therapy. She joined the VA Boston Healthcare System in 2021, after working in a skilled nursing facility for 5 years, to implement the inpatient version of the Live Long Walk Strong Program at the Boston VA Community Living Center. In addition to the Live Long Walk Strong Program, she is the rehab consultant for the VA Community Nursing Home program, the supervising PT for an innovative PTA program on the long stay unit of the Community Living Center and a mentor for the Geriatric physical therapy residency program.
