Dr. Jacob Koffer MD is a physiatrist at MossRehab. He went to medical school at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University Hospital. He did his residency in PM&R at the MossRehab/Temple University Hospital program where he was also chief resident. He completed a one year fellowship in brain injury medicine at MossRehab.
