Jennifer is passionate about coordinator growth and development. In 2014, she began a grass roots movement with other coordinators to create a coordinator leadership committee at NYPH. In her current role, she is reinvigorating the coordinator community and helping create resources such as orientation and professional development webinars, toolkits, and a mentoring network. Jennifer has presented her work multiple times at the ACGME Annual Educational Conference and has been an invited speaker at the Hospital for Special Surgery, American Council of Academic Plastic Surgeons Program Coordinators Program, and the Association for Anesthesiology Program Administrators and Educators.
