Dr Norbury is an Associate Professor in the Division of PM&R, Department of Neurology at the Texas Tech Health Sciences Center where he also serves as PM&R Division Chief and Inaugural Program Director of the 7th PM&R Residency Program in Texas. His clinical practice includes the diagnosis and rehabilitation of patients with a wide range of neuromuscular and musculoskeletal disorders. He has authored multiple peer reviewed publications on neuromuscular ultrasound and interventions and PM&R education. He has served on the Board of the American Association of Electrodiagnostic and Neuromuscular Medicine.
