Min Jeong Park Graf, MD is the Chair of the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the Medical Director of the Traumatic Brain Injury Outpatient Program at Hennepin Healthcare in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She is an assistant professor in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at the University of Minnesota. She is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Brain Injury Medicine. She completed her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, New York in 2013. Following her residency, she completed a fellowship in Brain Injury Medicine at the JFK Johnson Rehabilitation Institute in Edison, New Jersey.
She has been a member of the American Congress of Rehabilitation Medicine(ACRM) Brain Injury Interdisciplinary Special Interest Group(BI-ISIG) since 2015. As a part of BI-ISIG Mild TBI Task Force, she was a coauthor and contributor on the ACRM Diagnostic Criteria for Mild Traumatic Brain Injury published recently in the Archives of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. She also served on ACRM BI-ISIG Disorders of Consciousness Task Force and was a contributor on the Case Definition and Diagnostic Criteria for the Post-traumatic Confusional State.
