Kelly M Heath MD is the Brain Injury Medicine Fellowship Director for the University of Pennsylvania. She also serves as the Director for VISN 4 region for Polytruama Services for Veteran's Affairs. She serves as clinical director of the Spasticity Management Program and Adult Cerebral Palsy Clinic at the University of Pennsylvania. She has a passion for improving the lives of patients with brain injury including cerebral palsy, stroke and veterans with traumatic brain injury. She treats complex spasticity scenarios with comprehensive care plans including chemoneurolyis with botulinum toxin and alcohol as well as baclofen pump management at both Penn Rittenhouse and CMC VA. Dr. Heath’s research interest include transition medicine, botulinum toxin dosing and efficacy, physical activity and aging with cerebral palsy.
