Dr. Vishal Bansal was born in Brampton, Ontario, Canada and is a graduate of University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada. He obtained his medical degree at CMU School of Medicine in Curacao. He is currently in his fourth year of residency as Chief of Academics in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at The University of Texas Health Houston/McGovern Medical School. Dr. Bansal will be pursuing an interventional pain fellowship at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX from 2024-2025.
Dr. Bansal is a member of the Association of Academic Physiatrists, American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Texas Pain Society and American Association of Interventional Pain Physicians.
Dr. Bansal resides in Houston, Texas and enjoys the multicultural cuisine and warm climate Houston has to offer.
