Stiff knee gait is most common after stroke, but is clinically challenging to assess and manage. A theoretical framework is provided to understand pathomechanics of gait disorders. This framework is further used to analyze stiff knee gait in clinical cases. The application of instrumented gait analysis in stiff knee gait will be presented through clinical cases.
