My name is Sofia Barchuk. I am a third year PM&R resident at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City. I am originally from the Bay Area and did my intern year at UCSF East Bay in Surgery. I am particularly interested in the transition of care from the ICU to acute inpatient rehabilitation or Long Term Acute Care with the emphasis of early intervention of rehabiltiation in the critical ill population. I enjoy working both spinal cord and brain injury rehabilitation as well.
