MD/MPH Student
University of Alabama at Birmingham
My name is Tanvee Sinha and I am a second year MD/MPH student from the University of Alabama Heersink School of Medicine. I had the wonderful opportunity to work at Johns Hopkins University this summer (with the RREMS program), at the Kennedy Krieger Institute under Dr. Ryan Roemmich and Dr. Jan Stenum, to conduct studies relating to assymetrical gait after stroke. This research opportunity, along with the clinical experiences I had over the summer in Baltimore, has only strengthened my desire to pursue a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency. I am so grateful to be here, and I look forward to meeting you all and learning about novel research in the field!
