Kelly M. Crawford, MD, is an assistant professor in the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department, with a specialty in traumatic brain injury, at Carolinas Rehabilitation in Charlotte, North Carolina. Dr. Crawford earned her medical degree from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio. She completed her residency at the University of Cincinnati and went to the University of Pittsburgh for fellowship in Traumatic Brain Injury and Concussion. She is board certified in both Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Brain Injury Medicine.
Dr. Crawford is currently the Residency Program Director, Associate Brain Injury Medicine Fellowship Director, and Brain Injury Program Medical Director at Carolinas Rehabilitation.
