Aimee Brough has been in the field of graduate medical education for several years, bringing knowledge and experience to her role as program administrator. With a passion for coordinator wellness and best practices, Aimee has continued to work for the well-being of both coordinators and residents.
Currently serving in the role as the Program and Education Coordinator for the Indiana University School of Medicine, Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Aimee has made significant contributions to the advancement of evaluation creation and delivery as well as being an integral member of the residency interview process.
Aimee holds the C-TAGME certification and is currently working towards a higher degree in Healthcare Administration. Her academic journey has been complemented by practical experience in medical education, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing professionals in the field.
Beyond her professional achievements, Aimee is deeply committed to seeing as many musicals on Broadway as possible, using up her considerable yarn stash with new knitting projects, and, establishing a themed Christmas tree in every room of her home.
At the upcoming AAP Conference, Aimee is poised to deliver a presentation that promises to enlighten, inspire, and make attendees laugh. Her session, Program Horror Stories, will delve into the things that coordinators face regularly and will, offer valuable insights and practical takeaways for professionals navigating the dynamic landscape of graduate medical education.
