Terri is a Senior Account Manager and Account Management Team Leader at Thalamus. Terri has over 12 years’ experience in GME as a residency coordinator. She has conducted national surveys and co-authored several publications regarding the coordinator workforce, challenges within Graduate Medical Education (GME) and coordinator burnout. Terri is the co-founder and former president of the Program Coordinators of Child Neurology (PCCN) group. Terri hosted a Thalamus Community Forum on Coordinator Burnout and Turnover, with the largest turnout to date. Terri is a dedicated advocate for Program Coordinators and improvements within GME.
