I have been a physiatrist (PRM) specialist since 2006.
I have been working as the Head in the Department of Cancer Rehabilitation in the Greater Poland Cancer Centre in Poznan for 15 years. Since 2020, I have been the Head of the Department of Occupational Therapy at Poznan University of Medical Sciences in Poland.
My main research goal is comprehensive rehabilitation in the field of oncology and neurology. About 120 of my research papers have been published (e.g. in Acta Oncologica, European Journal of Physical Rehabilitation Medicine, Cancer Nurshing, Archives of Medical Sciences, Frontiers in Immunology, Journal of Clinical Medicine, etc), I also wrote 5 books chapters.
I am an active member of the National Rehabilitation Society (PTReh), the Polish Society for Neurological Rehabilitation (PTRehN), the European Federation of Research in Rehabilitation (EFRR), International Society of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine (ISPRM) in Cancer Rehabilitation Networking Group and European Society of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine (ESPRM).
