Cynthia Racine MD is currently the Chief of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Louisville VA in Louisville Kentucky. She is also Clinical Assistant Professor in the Division of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation University of Louisville School of Medicine and Volunteer Faculty at New York University Rusk Grossman School of Medicine. Dr. Racine completed her residency at NYU Rusk joining the teaching faculty upon graduation practicing PMR and acupuncture at the Brooklyn VA. She subsequently became Associate Program Director at her alma Mater focusing on assessment of learners, the recruitment process, and the professionalism curriculum. Last year she took a post in Louisville as the Chief of PMR.
