The Eisenhower Productivity Matrix will be used to teach you how to avoid the “urgency trap” and organize your academic priorities. Hear tips and tricks from seasoned experts to improve your clinical efficiency, enhance bedside and didactic teaching, develop a research and academic team, and integrate personal and professional goals. Although this session has been designed particularly for junior faculty, trainees and even more senior faculty are certain to take away useful ideas that will improve their careers.
