Dr Keole is a cancer rehabilitation physiatrist at Mayo Clinic Arizona. She completed her medical training at Seth G.S. Medical College in India and her PM&R residency at the Rehabilitation Institution of Michigan/Wayne State University. This was followed by a fellowship in spine care and pain management at the University of Florida. Dr. Keole has additional board certification in Electrodiagnostic medicine. She has been in practice since 2006. She is passionate about cancer rehabilitation and was instrumental in starting cancer rehabilitation programs at the Integris Cancer Institute in Oklahoma and at the Phoenix VAMC in Arizona. Prior to joining Mayo Clinic, she was the Chief of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Phoenix VA Medical Center and the founding program director of the HonorHealth PM&R residency program. She is an assistant professor at the Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine and the University of Arizona .
